THE CLINIC
Established in February of 2000, Sprains and Strains
is a 4000 sq. foot, state of the art, Sport Medicine
Rehabilitation and Wellness facility in the heart
of Mississauga, Ontario.
We’re a team of sports medicine specialists;
a doctor, physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists
and a chiropractor is on site as well. We passionately
believe in exercise as a route to improved health
and well-being for every member of the general public.
